A restaurant POS that knows your rooms
Take orders at the table, send tickets to the kitchen, split the bill any way the table wants and charge it to a guest's room — in the same system that runs your front desk and billing.
- In every plan
- A tax invoice for every sale
- Charge to room
Everything a hotel restaurant does in a service
From the first order to the Z report at close, in one place.
Several outlets, each run its own way
A property can have several outlets — restaurant, bar, pool deck, café. Each outlet has its own menu, its own tax settings and its own bill number series.
- Own menu per outlet
- Own tax set-up per outlet
- Own bill series per outlet
Dine-in, takeaway, delivery and room service
The four common order types are built in, and you can add order types of your own with whatever names your property uses.
You can name an order type after a delivery app, but nothing connects to any food-delivery app or aggregator — those orders are keyed in by your staff.
Dine-in
Orders against a table.
Takeaway
No table needed.
Delivery
Your own delivery orders.
Room service
Orders for in-house guests.
Sizes and priced options, with required choices
Sell a dish in sizes — small and large, half and full — and add priced options such as add-ons or spice level. Mark a choice as required and the order can't go through until it's made.
- Sizes, each with its own price
- Options that add to the price
- Required-choice rules so the kitchen always knows
Split, move and merge bills
Split a bill by item, or by payment — part cash, part card — and the payments are checked against the bill to the exact amount before it closes. Move a bill to another table when guests move, or merge two bills into one.
- Split by item
- Split by payment, checked to the exact amount
- Move a bill between tables; merge bills
Kitchen tickets and a kitchen display
Orders go to the kitchen as KOTs, and the kitchen can follow them on a kitchen display. The kitchen display runs in a web browser on a screen in your kitchen. It is not a dedicated KDS appliance and does not support bump bars.
Cash-drawer shifts with X and Z reports
Open a shift, take an X report mid-shift, close with a Z report, and the difference between counted and expected cash is recorded as the variance. This is the reconciliation and the reports — the software does not open a physical cash drawer.
Discounts need a reason
A discount can't be given without a reason, and the system records who approved it. The sales report then shows voids and discounts by name.
Who, why and when
Each discount carries its reason and its approver.
A tax invoice for every sale — or charge it to the room
Every restaurant sale gets a tax invoice. For an in-house guest, the bill can instead be charged to their room, so it goes on their stay.
- A tax invoice on every restaurant sale

Charge to room
Restaurant bills for in-house guests go on their room.
What it is not
- The kitchen display is a browser screen, not a dedicated KDS appliance, and there are no bump bars.
- Cash-drawer shifts are the reconciliation and reports; the software does not open a physical drawer.
- It does not connect to food-delivery apps or aggregators. You can name an order type after one, and staff enter those orders by hand.
- Inventory tracks stock, vendors and purchase orders; it does not do recipe costing or theoretical food cost.
